🏋️ For club owners & admins

1. Create your account

2. Set up the basics (Settings & menus)

Sports / disciplines — add the activities you offer (boxing, MMA, fitness…).
Packages — create your session plans (e.g. 8 / 12 / 24 sessions) with price and duration.
Branches — add locations if you have more than one.
Coaches & staff — invite coaches/admins, set each one's pay (salary or commission) and specialty (trainer or doctor/nutritionist).
Club settings — name, currency, logo, public page, and your fees (AI plan / coach plan).

3. Turn on payments (optional)

You can run cash-only from day one. To accept online payments, open Settings → Payments and connect your own Paymob account — members' money then settles directly to you. You can add this anytime.

4. Add members

Go to Students → Add student, fill in their details and assign a package. Each member gets a unique QR code and a private portal link you can share.

5. Take attendance

Open Check-in and scan a member's QR with your phone or browser camera — a session is deducted automatically and you're warned if they're running low or expired.

6. Record payments

Record cash/bank payments from a member's profile, or let members pay online via their portal. See everything under Payments, with monthly totals and cash-vs-online split.

7. Plans, nutrition & the marketplace

Members generate AI diet & workout plans from their portal (emailed to them).
Or they pay for a coach/doctor plan — paid up front, delivered within 24h. Track these under Plan requests and Nutrition.

8. Watch your numbers

Dashboard shows today's check-ins, renewals due and revenue. Analytics gives full profit & loss, retention, top packages/coaches and AI recommendations.

🧑‍🏫 For coaches

Sign in to see your assigned members and record their attendance.
Get notified of plan requests from members who picked you — write their plan on the member's profile, then mark it fulfilled. Your commission is added automatically.
Message members and add coach notes from their profile.

📱 For members

Open your portal link (your club shares it) and add it to your home screen to use it like an app.
Show your QR code at the door to check in.
Top up your wallet, renew packages and pay for plans online.
Generate an AI plan or request one from a real coach/doctor, see your schedule, chat with your coach, and track streaks & badges.
Switch the portal between English and العربية anytime.
