1. Who we are

Fitmax ("we", "us") provides management software to gyms, sports clubs and martial-arts academies ("clubs"). Each club is the data controller for its own members' data; we act as a data processor on the club's behalf.

2. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone and role of club owners, staff and coaches.
• Member data: profiles, photos, packages, attendance, payments, plans and notes entered by the club.
• Payment data: processed by payment providers (e.g. Paymob). We store transaction records and statuses, not full card numbers.
• Usage data: log and device information needed to operate and secure the service.

3. How we use it

To provide the service: managing memberships, attendance, payments, communications and analytics for the club. We do not sell personal data.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run Fitmax (hosting, payment processing such as Paymob, email/messaging delivery) and where required by law.

5. Security

Sensitive secrets (such as payment credentials) are encrypted at rest. Access is restricted by role within each club. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Your rights

Members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data by contacting their club. Clubs can manage and export this data within Fitmax.
