Refund Policy
Last updated: this is a starting template — have it reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
This policy explains refunds for (a) the Fitmax subscription a club pays to us, and (b) payments members make to a club through Fitmax.
1. Fitmax subscription (club → Fitmax)
- Every club starts with a 14-day free trial — no charge, cancel anytime.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- We do not provide refunds for partial months already started. If you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
2. Member payments (member → club)
Online payments members make settle directly to the club through the club's own Paymob account. Refunds for these are decided and issued by the club, not by Fitmax. General guidelines clubs follow:
- Wallet top-ups & packages: refundable at the club's discretion, minus any sessions or services already used.
- AI plans: the fee is charged per generated plan and is non-refundable once the plan has been generated, since it is delivered immediately.
- Coach / doctor plans: paid up front and delivered within 24 hours. If the coach does not deliver within the agreed time, the member is entitled to a refund or to keep the credit on their wallet.
3. How to request a refund
Members: contact your club directly. Clubs (for subscription questions): email info@wizzora.app with your club name and the charge details.
4. Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card/online refunds via Paymob typically take 5–14 business days depending on the bank; wallet credit is instant.
