Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Fitmax ("the service"), you agree to these terms. If you use Fitmax on behalf of a club, you confirm you are authorised to bind that club.

2. The service

Fitmax provides software to manage members, packages, attendance, payments, training plans and communications. Features may change over time.

3. Accounts & responsibility

You are responsible for activity under your account, for keeping credentials secure, and for the accuracy and lawful use of data you enter about your members.

4. Payments

Online payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. Paymob) using each club's own connected account; funds settle directly to the club. Subscription fees for Fitmax, if any, are billed per the plan you choose. Provider fees and refund handling are governed by the provider's terms.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Fitmax for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.

6. Availability & liability

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service.

7. Termination

You may stop using Fitmax at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination, clubs may export their data for a reasonable period.
